Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted authority and specialist – You will be someone that members and managers of other teams turn to for advice and guidance
- Write Code – Show it by doing it
- Strong developer with demonstrated proficiency in at least one general purpose programming language
- You’re able to take ownership, make the tech decisions and are happy with mentoring and developing others
- Understand how to balance speed, quality and functionality and can easily communicate where the trade-offs are being made
- Experience of Webservices, Web API, Swagger, Postman & Microsoft APIM
- Experienced in an Agile delivery environment
- Understanding of design documentation, UML, Entity Relationship Diagramming etc.
- Good interpersonal skills with a key ability to work with an Agile team
- Good analytical and technical skills
- Ability to think out of the box and deliver on the agreed solutions to business problems
