Job Description
Principal Software Engineer - Data Processing Infrastructure (Python & pandas)
Reqiva have partnered with an exceptional technology pioneer in the Life Science area. The expansion is due to an outstanding revenue increase on the back of a milestone year and looking to add a principal software engineer to either lead a team or be primarily hands on.

The salary is ranging between £110,000-£140,000 dependant on experience levels.
The main stack used is GO, GCP, Kubernetes and GraphQL but experience with all these isn’t completely necessary but the ability to adapt and problem solve is more desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Principal Software developer, you will be responsible for:
- Improving existing parsing and visualization application.
- Improving data normalization and transformation.
- Depth of experience writing production level code using Python and pandas in a datacentric domain
- Ability of design and architect solutions and advising on technical decision
- Be a hands-on coder with relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills – ability to work within a fast-paced environment
