Our client is an award-winning firm offering a range of legal services throughout England and Wales. They offer a full range of legal services to individuals and businesses & are recommended by the Legal 500. They also have Lexcel accreditation by the Law Society for excellence in legal client care.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full time, qualified Private Client lawyer with at least 1 year PQE to work in our North Devon offices. Opportunities to progress and complete further training with STEP if interested.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and enthusiastic, experienced in drafting Wills, LPAs, Deeds and documents to a high standard and confident in dealing with simple estate administration. Experience in Trusts and/or preparing deputyship applications is beneficial but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
