Job Description
Our client is a highly reputable law firm with offices across Scotland who now seek a private client associate to join their well-regarded and successful Private Client team based in Edinburgh.
Your role will involve a wide range of high quality complex private client matters including - advising on wills and powers of attorney, trust and executry administration, estate planning for high net worth clients, landed estate and farming clients, assisting with clients’ tax planning advice, involvement in adults with incapacity cases including applying for and administering guardianshipsand cross border work, as well as playing an active part in business development opportunities.
You will also be expected to take the lead on many client relationships and provide supervision and training to trainees and more junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a real enthusiasm and passion for private client work, as well as a hunger foradvancing and driving your career forward.
You will be competent in managing your own busy workload whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
