A top-tier firm are searching for a senior solicitor/legal executive to join their private wealth and inheritance team in Surrey. The role will see you working a varied private client caseload, including Estate Administration, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a sub-team as well as being significantly involved with the business development and marketing of the team. If you have a specialism you have developed or would like to develop and grow a client base in, there is scope for this in the team.
To be successful, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years of post qualified experience in private client law (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply).
- Have proven success in business development and be motivated to help grow the department.
- Have good leadership skills, as well as being a good team player.
- Have sound technical private client knowledge.
