A boutique commercial law firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in London.
Founded in 1977, this firms is the choice for the discerning entrepreneur, providing high-quality commercial legal advice to their clients. With offices in London and Manchester, the firm advise a national and international client base across a wide range of disciplines, including: property, private client, corporate, commercial, employment, litigation and private client to all types of businesses - from sole traders and SMEs, to AIM listed companies, funding institutions, charities and other professionals.
The Private Client team provides a full range of services for individuals and families to structure their affairs in order to protect wealth and achieve tax efficiency, including those with assets in multiple jurisdictions. They assist with the preparation of wills, succession and estate planning, probate, trust and tax planning advice, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate resales, establishing charities, Court of Protection, as well as services for elderly and vulnerable clients.
As part of the role, the successful candidate you will be taking on a full caseload consisting of a variety of private client matters, advising both UK and international clients. You will also be encouraged to meet clients, bring in work, and grow out the practice, so it is important the successful candidate is proactive in business development and networking.
To be successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor.
- Have 3-6 years PQE.
- Be experienced in Private Client matters.
- Have keen interest in and be proactive in networking and business development.
- It is not a requirement, but would be advantageous if you had a following or referral network.
