Description:Full time PRIVATE dentist required for 4-5 days (flexible) for a busy, well established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED mixed practice near Ruswarp, North Yorkshire.
• Existing well maintained list
• 50% split on good private
• 50% split on lab bills
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Intra oral cameras
• Full support team including a hygienist
• Existing, well maintained list
• 35 minutes to Scarborough, 50 minutes to Middlesbrough.
• Available now, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
