Job Description
A beautiful, family run clinic, close to Huyton are looking for a Private-Focused Dentist or Locum Dentist.
This practice is a high-end modern mixed practice with exceptional support structures and strong private revenue.
About the Position
- 2 days per week available
- 2,000-3,000 UDA’s
- £14 per UDA
- 50% split on private work - Circa 180 - 200 new private patients each month
- Potential to earn over £40,000 from private cases
- Strong support for private practice development – happy to demonstrate past successes in private revenue generation
- Locums can earn £15-16 per UDA with 25-30 UDAs daily
- Parking available on-site
Private Potential:
- Comprehensive support and training in upselling techniques
- Financial incentives for support staff to aid in treatment promotion
- Active development of both internal and external referral pathways
- Happy to demonstrate the above, and successes of this during interview
