Remuneration:£12 per UDA + Private with a guaranteed rate of #350 per day for the 1st 2 months
Description:Part-time Private/Performer Dentist required for 3 days per week flexible in a busy, mixed practice near Hastings, East Sussex.
• Weds - Fri 24 hours per week
• 500 UDAs @ £12 per UDA
• 50% split on private
• 50% split on all lab bills
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital x-rays
• Full support team including a Hygienist
• Existing, well maintained list
• 5 minute drive outside of the popular beach resort of Hastings
• Available now, start date negotiable.

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
