Job Description
Our client, a world-class prestigious automotive manufacturer, is recruiting a Procurement Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the function responsible for defining and developing the controls, measures, and reports to ensure the organisation delivers our operational and strategic short, medium, and long-term objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
To collate supplier certifications and data in line with Procurement business strategy.
To liaise with the supply base and internal stakeholders to verify supplier's certification status across various workstreams.
Tracking and presenting the level of compliance in comparison to business targets supporting the Procurement management team.
Collation and maintenance of certifications, supplier information, adherence to quality standards
Purchase Order processing
New supplier set up
Reporting and presenting KPI's
Qualification & Experience:
Previous data management experience.
Understanding of the Procurement function and ability to work and communicate at a Management level.
Microsoft Office & specifically Excel / PowerPoint skills are required.
Knowledge in running KPI's and measuring performance - strong analysis skills required
Experience from within the automotive or engineering manufacturing sectors desirable
