Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end product design (preferably with mobile apps or SaaS platforms)
- We’re interested in talking to both senior and junior designers. We care most about talent and attitude.
- Proven ability to translate new ideas to a variety of end-users using an eye for design and product
- Effective wireframing and prototyping skills
- An understanding of what details and priorities typically exist at each state of a release cycle
- Passionate about creating delightful mobile experiences
- This role is only right for designers who want to step up and have real ownership over a complete, end-to-end experience
- Proficient understanding of Figma (or Sketch)
- Understanding of the principles of user research and testing
What the job involves
- Create, test, and iterate new features across multiple user types
- Lead user research in pursuit of better user experiences
- Develop and refine our brand and visual systems
- Define design process and culture
- Work with product and engineering to define requirements
- Be part of shaping and realising the long-term product vision
- Design beautiful, effective experiences for a wide variety of design challenges across mobile, web and brand
- Lead user research interviews, usability sessions and generative discovery work
