Job Description
We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our team at our growing and progressive plastics manufacturing facility in Dudley, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, producing high-quality plastic products in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining plastic production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Monitoring plastic production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and making adjustments as necessary
- Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure plastic products meet the required specifications
- Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of plastic production machinery and equipment
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that plastic production targets are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a plastics manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of plastic production machinery and equipment
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work to strict deadlines
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including 5:40am until 1:50pm / 1:40pm until 9:50pm
