Global Blue-chip firm seeking an expert sourcing Manager in the HR and Professional category to join its world-renowned procurement team.
As the individual you will work in tandem with the Global Category Director, playing a critical role in shaping c-suite decision making and setting global procurement policies. Specifically, you will have significant influence over the strategy and direction of major expenditures on professional services during the preliminary stages of a large-scale transformation.
Professional Services and HR Global Souring Manager - role profile:
- Establishing strong relationships with senior stakeholders and playing a critical role in elevating the strategic positioning of procurement within the Firm from the outset
- Taking full ownership of multi-million-pound procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives from inception to completion, including stakeholder requirements gathering, ITT, RFP, RFQ, contract negotiation, award, and supplier relationship management (SRM)
- Concentrating efforts on intricate procurement categories, particularly sub-categories of HR, such as Contingent Labour, Benefits, L&D & Training
Required background for the Professional Services and HR Global Souring Manager:
- Proven record of accomplishment, ambition, and drive to progress up the ranks of an organisation, exhibitingexcellentproficiency throughout the categories of Procurement.
- Possessing outstanding commercial acumen, including the ability to lead from the top in a global matrix organization
- Showing proficiency in end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing
- Having a degree, or being CIPS accredited is desired but not a mandatory requirement
