We are seeking a Program Director to play a pivotal role in our Travel & Transport business line. In this exciting leadership position, you will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of a multitude of programs, driving growth and success for IDEMIA's cutting-edge travel and transport solutions implemented in collaboration with government entities.
The future Program Director will own the success of a large-scale government program from start to finish, ensuring it meets all goals and delivers exceptional results. You'll drive strategic direction, manage stakeholders, and ensure financial performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
You will also help us to:
- Manages customer relations, acting as IDEMIA's primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
- Coordinates with customers to ensure their compliance with obligations, enabling IDEMIA to execute project tasks effectively.
- Leads IDEMIA's program team, providing direction and support to achieve program objectives, while also ensuring compliance with customer requirements
- Provides vision and direction to internal and external stakeholders, including key partners and suppliers, to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Monitors program performance through KPIs, conducts risk management activities, and collaborates with technical project managers to identify and address issues or risks
- Manages the Program Profit and Loss, forecasts revenue and invoicing, and reinforces adherence to contract terms and conditions,
You will guarantee your success if you have:
- A proven experience managing large and complexe technical program
- A technical IT background within system integration environment
- A desire to face customer and identify and upsell business opportunities
- Experience in the aviation industry
- Managed the financial side of the project
Please note that for this role, you must hold UK HO SC clearance to be eligible.
