Job Description

Annual salary of £16,443
Permanent role
24 hours per week spread over 4 days
Based in Middleton, M24 4WT
The role
The purpose of this role is to provide intensive housing management and support to service users with complex needs and trauma.
You will be supporting service users on a daily basis by checking on their daily welfare, signposting them to agencies, and getting them to engage with health care providers amongst many other activities.
The right fit
You will have experience of intensive housing management. The support provided in this role is tenancy related, for example helping service users raise repairs or calling Universal Credit on their behalf, so this experience is essential.
You will also have the ability to prioritise your workload, recognising that flexibility is also key as situations may arise which require you to be so.
You will be IT literate as this role entails a lot of admin, so experience with Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint are crucial.
Please note an Enhanced DBS check is essential for this role.
