Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service charges, collaborating with Asset and Property Managers to ensure timely budgets and expenditure reports.
- Conduct thorough Actual v Budget analyses, advising on cost management strategies.
- Oversee monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate financial recording and analysis.
- Spearhead improvements in cost management and collections performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop specialized finance strategies.
Person Specification:
- Proficient in lease interpretation and cost recovery mechanisms.
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Resilient and deadline-driven, capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Innovative mindset, eager to identify and implement improvements.
- Previous experience in property accounting preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong system skills.
Qualifications:
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Math (or equivalent).
- AAT Level 3 or equivalent (desirable).
