The department manage a diverse array of contentious property matters for clients, including those stemming from leases, land transactions, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assume ownership of cases and foster client relationships
• Collaborate and seek guidance when needed
• Analyze information to make informed decisions
• Address commercial considerations
• Adapt to emerging issues while keeping stakeholders informed
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Successful candidates must meet firm quality standards, maintain good file management, and develop organizational and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:

• Law degree and LPC
• Solicitor admission
• 5+ years experience demonstrated within property litigation
