JOB TITLE: Property Solicitor

THE ROLE:
The successful Property Solicitor will be reporting to the Senior Partner and be responsible for a wide variety of property matters – both commercial and residential, including (but not limited to) residential conveyancing, mortgages, commercial property, rent reviews and valuation disputes. You will be managing your own caseload, which would consist of your own client following as well as clients brought in by the firm.
THE CANDIDATE:
As a skilled Property Solicitor with a client following, you will be able to deliver clear expert legal advice to clients at all times. You must be able to manage and adhere to tight deadlines, so organisational and communication skills are essential. You must be at least 5 years’ PQE with a proven background in this area of law.
