Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Property Sales Manager to join a multi-award winning Property Agency in Bolton. They have won 9 awards, for customer service and best loved estate agent in the country five years in a row.
Working 42 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings, you will report to the Branch Manager and be responsible for managing offers, supporting the Valuer and assisting in ensuring targets for the department are met.

You will also be responsible for generating valuations and undertaking them.
You will have previous experience in property sales negotiations, viewings & valuations, will be customer focussed & target driven, and have been successful in a similar previous role. You will also need to be able to undertake the marketing of a property.

Minimum 2 years estate agency & sales experience

A full UK drivers licence
