An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Residential Property lawyerto join our client’s talented team in Guildford.
This is a role to suit an accomplished Property lawyer who possesses a mix of residential and commercial experience that is keen to progress within their career and work alongside reputable Solicitors with all levels of experience to expand their skillset.
The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to take ownership a varied caseload of property work.
From a residential perspective – in this role you will assume full start-to-finish responsibility for residential conveyancing matters, supporting other members of the team and liaising with clients as appropriate. You will also work closely with the others within the wider team and ensure all appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met.
What’s needed to be considered?
- Prior experience across both Residential and Commercial Property
- 5+ PQE
- Team player
- Someone who is able to work independently as well as part of a team
