Are you an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with an interest/experience in the energy sector?
If so, then Think Legal may have the perfect opportunity for you.
A leading commercial, full-service practice are on the lookout for a talented lawyer to join their team.
With over 100 lawyers in the wider real estate team this is an exciting practice to be working within.
The firm do lots of big-ticket work and in this particular role it will be for big energy clients across a broad range of real estate work from development work, asset and portfolio management, acquisitions and disposals to landlord and tenant advice.
The work is often high value and complex and perfect for someone who loves to really be tested and challenged.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of broad real estate work from working in a large regional, national or international practice. Experience in the energy sector would be great but the firm are happy to consider those with different sector experience who can display a genuine interest in this growing area.
The firm has grown year on year and there is no sign of this slowing down.
Salary is highly competitive for the Northeast market based on experience with lots of fantastic benefits from modern, hybrid and flexible working, to important wellbeing initiatives and things such as generous holiday entitlement, death in service, healthcare provisions etc.
