They are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Associate (6 years + PQE) to join their highly regarded real estate team. Based in our client’s Exeter office, you will focus predominantly on a range of commercial real estate investment and asset management matters including real estate finance and corporate transactions. Client’s comprise of a fantastic mix of local, national and international commercial investors, developers, occupiers, financial institutions as well as public sector bodies (including government departments and local authorities).


You will be enthusiastic to expand your skills and knowledge, whilst working within a supportive and experienced team. Our client prides themselves on their ability to develop their people, and as such, you will be responsible for dealing with complex high quality, high value work and will be afforded high levels of responsibility from the outset.


They are an established and ambitious team which is looking to grow further and as such you will also play an integral role in business development.


You will be an excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational skills, you’ll be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. We’re looking for good general real estate knowledge and some experience. You will have an eye for detail, and be meticulous in your work. Being self-motivated and ambitious, you already possess the drive to help continue to grow and develop our business. If you happen to have any foreign languages, this would be advantageous, but not essential.


You will need the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and show a genuine commitment to their business needs. Dedicated and enthusiastic, you will have the ability to work efficiently with a commitment to client care and business development. Ideally, you will have completed your training contract at a leading city or national practice, and have prior experience of working with a diverse range of clients.
