You will be the person who ensures our client is reaching its fullest potential. Your day-to-day will be varied, including but not limited to:

  • being the first person anyone meets upon entering; ensuring all guests have their needs accommodated.
  • reaching out to local communities to offer our space for use.
  • helping with the set up of various events hosted in the office space.
  • generally making sure the space is operating efficiently and smoothly.
  • Experience carrying out administration
  • Experience carrying out front of house / reception duties
  • Confident, friendly individual who enjoys working in a space with a diverse range of people
  • Curious, and enjoy getting to know new people
  • Have the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Have outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, written, verbal and face to face
  • Team player, happy to step in to offer support outside of day to day duties
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy, varied workload
  • Motivated, hardworking, focused individual
  • Reside around the surrounding area with links to the local community (preferred but not essential)
