We are working with a client based in the Wirral, who work in the construction industry, specifically within the interiors sector.
Now you are going to be the first hire in the business which not only means you will be able to learn off the MD as you have plenty of time together, but also means that you will grow with the company and be able to progress really well as the company grows.
You’ll have at least a years experience in a similar field, ideally coming from a construction or engineering based background. You will have all the basics of recruitment and want the opportunity to learn from an experienced MD who is going to dedicate his time to ensuring that you can be the best you can be.
You will need to live a commutable distance to the Wirral as you will spend most of your time in the office. Obviously if you have reasons to work at home that won’t be an issue- they have a very sensible set up in regard to flexible working.
From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £20,000 – £30,000 DOE, and this will continue to go up as you progress and develop with the company. You will also finish early on a Friday- all your candidates are in the pub, so why shouldn’t you be too!
