Job Description
We're looking for capable and dynamic Recruitment Consultants to join us on our busy Temporaries desk at Abbatt Property Recruitment. The role involves job matching our clients to our bookings, fostering great relationships with our existing clients, and ensuring all bookings are confirmed in line with the Agency Workers Act. Typical roles we source candidates for are concierges, security guards, cleaners and fire marshals.
This is a very busy division with hundreds of temps on assignments at any one time, so we're looking for people who can multitask and keep on track of lots of bookings at any one time, whilst providing excellent customer service to our candidates and clients. Experience in a similar role, resourcing candidates and placing them into temporary bookings is essential and relevant industry experience is a bonus but we're also open to applications from candidates from other high volume temps recruitment backgrounds.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (flexible - 7.5 hours per day between these hours)
Location: Based on High Holborn, near Chancery Lane station (Central Line)
Salary: basic salary £25 - 35k dependant on experience + commission and team bonuses OTE year 1 £45 - 50k
