Trinity Partners are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a fast growing company as we look to expand our team based out of our Clitheroe office. No prior experience in recruitment is required and training is provided.
The Job:
· 360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant
· Actively source and qualify candidates
· Manage client's needs and expectations
· Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
· Working to improve recruitment efficiency
· Office based
The Package:
· Starting basic salary £18,000 per annum
· Target based promotions
· Starting commission rate 10% of all billings
· Up to 30% uncapped commission
· First year OTE £40,000
· First year earnings will exceed £40,000 when above minimum targets

This role is open to both university graduates and those that have not been to university. The only skills that we require are a working knowledge of IT, Maths and English as this position involves working with computers, working out percentages and drafting advertisements.
