Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant/Director to join our team and lead the growth and operations of our company. This role is ideal for a driven individual who has reached the ceiling in their current recruitment role and is eager to take on the challenge of driving a business forward, with the ultimate goal of achieving a Directorship position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their skills, make strategic decisions, and contribute to the long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
