Location: Nottingham Branch

Salary: £20-22k

Harper Recruitment Group are looking to recruit an enthusiastic ambitious individual to join our expanding team.

Harper Recruitment Group fly the flag for recruitment services in the East Midlands region, we believe that our people are the key to our business, you will be working alongside the Senior Consultants on an exciting new account.

What does the role involve?

Assisting with the day to day management of a key account 
Assisting with asesment centres and interviews 
Managing on-boarding process for candidates; issuing assignments confirmation, check-in new starters and day 1 feedback
Resourcing candidates using various job board/social media platforms
Responsible for referencing/back ground vetting and compliance of potential candidates
Completing all required administration 
Who are we looking for?

Naturally ability to build rapport and relationships
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
