As our business continues to grow we are recruiting for a talented Recruitment Manager to join our growing team.
The Recruitment Manager will lead on the development and delivery of resourcing strategies and solutions that support MandM meet it's corporate and departmental objectives.

The Role Scope
✨End to End Recruitment Delivery, from sourcing, screening to offer and onboarding
✨Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines of fulfillment
✨supporting and advising stakeholders with their recruitment requirements, attending interviews and advising panels
✨Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions
About you
✨ Proven experience working with a range of recruitment tools
✨ Proven experience recruiting end to end on a variety of Head Office roles
✨ A strong passion for delivering a great candidate experience
✨ Data focused, ensuring all tracking and reporting is up to date.
✨ Strong Stakeholder Management experience at all levels.
✨ Ability to balance and deliver on a high volume of experience
