Select Tech provides an innovative, versatile and personalised service for the technology industry, and were the winners of the Entrepreneurship Queens Award in 2020. We now have a huge growth plan in place and are looking to add 50 heads to the business within the next 3 years.
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Principal Consultant or Team Leader to come and join the team!
The ideal candidate will have a track record of winning new business and growing accounts, in either perm or contract recruitment, and be capable of managing their own time, and have the ability to proactively cross sell.
What will you do?
- Be responsible for business development on your desk
- Sourcing, qualifying and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them
- Lead executive search projects across the globe
- Create a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey
- Attend networking events, business trips and customer meetings
- Stakeholder management
- Have a growing base of contacts
- Negotiate salaries between parties
- Push for Top-Biller status
- Excellent knowledge of market and sector is desired
- Mentor, coach & develop a team of Delivery Consultants, Junior Consultants, etc. in the near future.
