Compass Associates working with a valued client in their recruitment of a Regional Director covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Our client operates a portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK and is currently seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee a remit of six elderly nursing homes. This is an exciting role to join an organisation known for their progressional opportunities and having the structure to help the successful applicant with their career growth. You will need to be an experienced Regional/Operations Director/Manager with a quality driven approach and strong leadership qualities that can develop a successful region.
As a Regional Manager you will oversee a region of six elderly nursing homes and be responsible of the overall performance of the region as well as leading and supporting the current Home Managers. The role requires someone that can work with autonomy whilst also having support there when needed. Although a firm understanding of the commercial elements of the role is needed, the key focus is a person that can ensure the homes deliver exceptional levels of care.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience working within a similar regional capacity who has experienced within the elderly care sector. You must have an exceptional history with CQC and overseeing successful services. You will also need to ensure you have a commercial fair to ensure the region is achieving its budgetary requirements.
Requirements
Experience in a similar regional position.
A background in elderly care home market - specifically within nursing homes.
Must be able to commit to travel.
Driving license and own vehicle are required.
Location
This is a regional role covering Birmingham and surrounding areas. It would be a suitable commute from Burmingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Stratford Upon Avon, Coventry, Kidderminster, Stafford, Stoke on Trent and Worcester.
