Our Client is a well-established, full-service Practice in Orpington who have seen tremendous growth throughout the past year. They are currently looking to expand their property team and bring on an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to manage a full and varied Residential Conveyancing caseload.
Our client is looking for candidates that are either qualified S olicitor s , CILEX or qualified by experience. You would be responsible for:
· All aspects of residential conveyancing in respect of both registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold properties
· Preparing reports on title for both freehold and leasehold properties and advising clients on relevant legal documentation
· Sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and equity releases
· Drafting leases and agreements for lease
