Job Description
Our award-winning client is looking to recruit a newly qualified solicitor to join their Completions team in their Guildford office. The role will consist of managing a caseload of completions on behalf of purchasers buying overseas properties.
Within this role, you will be running your own files with the support of senior colleagues when you need it. Duties and responsibilities will include a workload of off-plan residential completions, handling lenders and their solicitors, as well as complex mortgage finance matters. You will also be expected to review, report, and exchange supplemental agreements and deeds of variation.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will be newly qualified with relevant property experience. It would be ideal for the candidate to be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, however this is not essential. The candidate will also be able to undertake full due diligence on a completion, as well as be responsive to client and colleague needs under pressure.
