Well established, busy and modern practice in the centre of Guildford are currently looking for an additional residential conveyancer to start as soon as possible.
This is a great firm, who have a friendly and fun culture. They handle a range of residential property sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties and clients range from first timebuyers to high net worth individuals.
Each lawyer has their own paralegal/legal assistant and therefore you are left to do the law rather than the administration.
You will beeither a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow) and you will have at least 2 years experience of managing your own residential property caseload from start to finish.
This firm are extremely busy and have remained busy throughout the pandemic and they now need an additional lawyer ideally to start as soon as possible, but they are happy to wait for someone on a notice period if they are right for the role.
