A legal 500 firm and Chambers ranked property team is currently looking for a residential property lawyer to join their close-knit team of expert Property lawyers.

The team you will be joining consists of some highly rewarded property lawyers in the region. You will work closely with your colleagues who are known for the quality of training and support they provide to their employees.
The role will see you handling a varied case load including Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases, transfer of Equity and Re-mortgages, New Build purchases, including Help to Buy and shared ownership transactions.
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 3 years PQE, handle your own cases from initial instruction until post-completion. Take a client-focused approach to every case, with excellent communication skills.
