A Residential Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic Telfordbased opportunity with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified Residential C looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £35K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The successful ResidentialProperty Solicitorwill join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity from start to finish.
