Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a full caseload of conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
- Strong legal and technical knowledge with the ability to provide clear, concise, and practical advice.
- Excellent client care skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and standard office software.
