RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – LOCUM, 2 + YEARS’ PQE, GREATER MANCHESTER, £40- £45 PER HOUR. – New opportunity to join a Top 200 UK Multiservice law firm for an interim assignment between 2 - 6 months. JOB REF: 5772

JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor – Locum

EXPERIENCE: at least 2yrs PQE

LOCATION: Greater Manchester

SALARY: £40 - £45 per hour


•The appointed Locum will advise on the sales and purchases of various Residential Properties, such as houses and flats, particularly focusing on high-value properties. This includes dealing with lender requirements for sales, purchases, and remortgage transactions.


•You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.


•Applicants are required to have a comprehensive understanding of all areas of Residential Property law and demonstrate a track record of delivering top-tier advice in a leading Residential Property team.


•Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with 2 + years’ PQE and prior experience working with a national or leading regional firm dealing with top quality Residential Property work.
