Leaders in Care UK are helping a private mental health service find a talented and committed RMN Lead Nurse to join their friendly team in Preston. This full-time nursing role offers a salary of up to £40K and a fantastic benefits package.
As a skilled RMN Lead Nurse, you will manage a team of nurses and support staff, guiding them by example and ensuring support standards are followed. Working hours for this position are day shifts, including some supernumerary hours and directing on the floor (clinical shifts).

Supporting the team in managing service users with more complex needs with support planning and interventions
Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team and family members
Promoting a positive culture and assisting in the training and developing of new starters
Developing good relationships with external stakeholders and care coordinators
Taking point in ensuring risk is managed effectively across the services
To succeed in this RMN Lead Nurse role, you must have relevant nursing qualifications in mental health and a current NMC PIN. You will also require experience in rehabilitation for mental health.
