What does an Account Manager spend the majority of their time doing?

Selling great advertising campaigns - hopefully Not only do you have a good base of existing customers you can grow that base by approaching new luxury businesses or organisations in your location. You are involved in taking customers through each stage of the sale, booking, copy, & payment process and use our internal system to upload orders, and keep track of all the transactions you have with your customer base.

What are the most challenging parts of the role?

Time management - need to be organised and work efficiently

New business - always looking out for growth opportunities with existing accounts as well as looking for new customers.

Changing perceptions - we offer so much more than print advertising - video creation, social media campaigns, opportunities to sponsor and attend awards, new website builds.

Where am I based?

Your home is your work base, and you are given laptop & phone to enable this. The activity is based on meeting with customers throughout the week, so you do need to live 30 minutes from Derbyshire and be able to use your own car.

This is a full-time opportunity.

What experience do I need to apply?

In the ideal world you will have an advertising / publishing background. However, if you have a stable sales background or are keen to get into the world of media advertising then please apply as we have an awesome L&D program that will teach you all you need to know about our products and industry.
