Job Description

  • Process inbound leads and inquiries, converting them into sales and orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide exemplary customer service.
  • Generate and follow up on potential business leads, securing appointments with key decision makers.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for account improvement.
  • Research prospective clients through various resources, including trade press, local media, websites, and internal databases.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring increased customer spend.
  • Update and input records on CRM systems, adhering to SOPs and producing accurate pipeline and sales reports.
  • Demonstrate a positive and fearless attitude, with strong communication skills over the telephone.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member and independently, showcasing strong IT skills.
  • Understand IT products and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Be self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Develop positive relationship with clients
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Account Manager should have:

  • Experience in IT/Technology sales.
  • Events Industry experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Positive and fearless attitude.
