Job Description
- Process inbound leads and inquiries, converting them into sales and orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide exemplary customer service.
- Generate and follow up on potential business leads, securing appointments with key decision makers.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for account improvement.
- Research prospective clients through various resources, including trade press, local media, websites, and internal databases.
- Develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring increased customer spend.
- Update and input records on CRM systems, adhering to SOPs and producing accurate pipeline and sales reports.
- Demonstrate a positive and fearless attitude, with strong communication skills over the telephone.
- Work collaboratively as a team member and independently, showcasing strong IT skills.
- Understand IT products and stay updated on industry trends.
- Be self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the company's growth.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Develop positive relationship with clients
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Account Manager should have:
- Experience in IT/Technology sales.
- Events Industry experience (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Positive and fearless attitude.
