Purpose of the role:
Working as partof the Operations team, astrong commercial sale approach is important to succeed in this sales and marketing role located over two company branches. The purpose is to increase and grow revenue from the accommodation, retail, F&B, banqueting, sports and wellbeing, and golf/golf society business streams; and ensure the company delivers a focused sales and marketing strategy to achieve budgeted revenues.
The working week will be split between both 2 locations 2 days in Pall Mall London, 3 days in Epsom, subject to flexibility.
Essentials:
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Budgeting input/review/control
- Strong written, verbal communication and formal presentation, with high attention to detail
- Telephone skills - outbound results-focused tele-marketing campaigns
- Commercial focus
- Enjoys liaising with people: face-to-face/telephone
- Ability to work on own initiative
Desirable experience:
- Sector knowledge/experience in private member clubs/hospitality/leisure
- Knowledge of social media channels
- Apple software/design experience
- Excellent creativity
