A Sales & Marketing Director with a strong history of B2C Consumer Retail, Leisure or Attractions industry is required by our client in West Sussex. This is a Senior role managing commercial operations across flagship sites. A salary of up to £120,000 basic is available.

This is an exciting role for someone who wants to develop their career in a fast-paced environment as part of the Leadership Team supporting and delivering the consumer sales targets required across the business as well as delivering the strategic brand direction for the UK operations.
The Sales & Marketing Director must be a “hands on” @type person who is happy to get into the nitty gritty to ensure success. Whilst experience of achieving sales targets and the ability to deliver the strategy required to meet those targets is important, our client is interested in your achievements and the journey you took to get there.
In addition to commercial knowhow and business strategy you will have experience in all areas of digital marketing – PPC, SEO, Affiliate Networks, Email marketing, social media and display remarketing – and, ideally, experience in management of the development of website / mobile / app strategy.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proven commercial sales and marketing experience is essential as well as analytical skills.
- Preferably a background in consumer business and ideally leisure or travel.
- You will have commercial experience managing and implementing commercial strategy.
- You will have solid experience managing budgets up to £2m.
- You must have experience developing successful teams as you will manage around 10 staff.
LOCATION:
Chichester | West Sussex
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days required in the office.

SALARY:
Salary range from £100,000 to £120,000 base.
