- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Plan and execute impactful PR campaigns and manage media relationships.
- Manage , support, motivate and develop the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG environment.
- Proactive, with a strong sales background.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Passion for luxury beauty brands and creativity in storytelling.
