YOU ARE: A great team player who is: curiousa Salesforce loveranalytical, data-driven and detail-orientedAS A SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST, YOU WILL: Be our Salesforce Guru by: * Developing and Managing our Salesforce CRM System and Marketing platform ( Hubspot or SalesForce) to ensure it is capable of delivering to the needs of the business  - working in conjunction with the CCO, IT, Finance and head of Marketing* Serving as subject matter expert to sales and marketing teams to support accurate and complete usage of the CRM and Marketing systems.Improve processes by: * Enhancing and continuously developing all sales processes throughout the sales lifecycle.* Supporting our CCO and Marketing lead to facilitate regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting to meet revenue goals.Support our teams by: * Developing detailed lead, pipeline and sales forecasting reports and dashboards.* Reporting and analysing pipeline, sales cycle, historical performance and revenue and revenue-related metrics to assist management in making sound decisions* Conducting sales training and mentoring on sales-related procedures and consulting with external experts when appropriate.* Providing marketing operations support such as email distributions, data imports, collateral, and campaign management.* Performing sales data analysis and review metrics for ongoing sales performance insights and contributing to sales plans and the Company Business planning process.* Overseeing lead management through the Marketing & Sales funnel,  adding custom fields, creating field dependencies, workflow rules, validation rules and data migration as needed.* Maintaining database for integrity and accuracy, including cleansing and duplicate record management.YOU HAVE: Extensive knowledge of SalesForce.com and Experience in designing, implementing and integrating Salesforce with other internal technology stacks, including Automation tools, websites and othersKnowledge of Marketing Automation, Hubspot or PardotKnowledge of Power BI Deep understanding of lead management and sales funnel managementDatabase managementExperience identifying and resolving cross-department data discrepancies WHY US: To be immersed in high-standard engineering culture.
