Brook Street are excited to be supporting Network Rail in their search for a Temporary Section Administrator in the Glasgow area to start as soon as possible!
The Role:
To provide Administration support and follow set procedures. The post holder will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.
Duties:
Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report.
Overseeing administrative procedures and processes.
Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required.
Completing weekly time sheets for staff.
Maintaining and updating records using in house systems.
PPE and material ordering.
Booking hotels and accommodation.
Document control.
The Candidate:
Must have strong Administration skills
Data entry skills
Comfortable with Microsoft packages including word and excel.
Excellent Organisational skills
Strong communication and Customer service skill.
Flexible with working hours
The Package / Benefits:
Temporary - 6 months with a possibility of extension
Hourly rate - £11.60, paid weekly in arrears
Location - Glasgow (Cowlairs Road)
Hours of work - 37 hours per week. Office hours
Type of role - Hybrid, working from the office for 2/3 days per week and the rest from home.
Start date - ASAP
