Senior Account Executive

Develop medical education programmes which will influence behaviour change and create brand advocacy for UK & global pharma. brands.

You work closely with your clients and KOLS in order to support the delivery of traditional & digital MedEd programmes.

The owners are hands on with leading strategy and business development. In fact they have 50 years of experience between them which means therefore you’ll be learning from people at the top of their game. The directors have a background of working in big Pharma and as such they have a unique insight into the expectations of medical affairs and brand teams. Working closely with these directors means you benefit from excellent learning. Currently there is 30 staff at the agency. The directors have a plan to increase the headcount to 40 staff by the end of 2020 and therefore, you can see, that because of this fast paced growth coupled with an impressive annual revenue you shall be benefitting from excellent career development prospects.

Senior Account Executive : Responsibilities :

As a member of the client services team you will support the project management of medical education meetings and digital programmes such as webinars. An editorial team is responsible for the editing and writing of content. 

Reporting to your Senior Account Manager you will provide operational support for delivery of programmes such as :

  • Pharma sponsored meetings for an audience of Health Care Professionals
  • Digital learning channels such as webinars
  • Stand-alone meetings – national and international

Your day to day responsibility includes :

  • liaising with clients
  • making certain that regulatory processes are followed such as online approval via Veeva Vault
  • checking content delivery against timelines
  • Communication with event organisers
  • Following delivery of the programmes you will support research and evaluation in order to assess return on investment for your client.
  • At least one year of experience contributing to the development of healthcare communications projects in a client services or project management role.
  • Experience of working in an agency environment such as a Medical Education Agency, Healthcare Communications Agency, Healthcare Advertising Agency, Healthcare PR agency, or experience of working with a Pharmaceutical company within Medical Affairs, Marketing, or Medical Information. 

Located in Buckinghamshire you shall enjoy the surrounds of the lovely Chilterns countryside. Despite the rural location you’ll find an easy commute because the office is easily reached from many parts of West London, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire. Moreover there is several London Underground & Mainline Train Stations close to the office. In addition free car parking is available meaning if you wish to drive it’s plain sailing.

You will attend scientific and medical conferences which take place in the UK and oversees in order to support the delivery of the client programmes.

Of course, times are somewhat different at the moment due to Covid19 restrictions, and therefore working from home is the current norm.
