Senior Account Executive / Account Manager (Healthcare Advertising)

A leading Creative Advertising agency is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to join their healthcare team on a permanent basis.

As the Senior Account Executive / Account Manager the successful candidate can anticipate immersing themselves in diverse campaigns, shaping new creative and tactical strategies for healthcare clients. Working across prescription, OTC, medical device, and animal health brands will offer a varied and dynamic experience. From film and video to print, digital, social, experimental, events, workshops, and more, the agency provides flexibility based on individual preferences and specialities.

  • Oversees day-to-day account operations, supporting the Account Director or Senior Account Director.
  • Leads projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions, reviewing creative, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.
  • Understand the client's business and brief.
  • Fosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on healthcare advertising.
  • Experience in healthcare advertising, preferably with exposure to both UK and European/global campaigns.
  • Possesses strong communication skills and rapport-building with clients.
  • Works independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and inquisitiveness, with a passion for creativity.
  • Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.
  • Is a team player, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production.
  • Familiarity with ABPI regulations.
  • Experience with Veeva, Promomats and CRM platforms.
  • Located commutable to London or willing to relocate.
