Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Running Technician / Technologist * to join our clients' established and successful team. Based in Lancashire, the practice works on a diverse range of projects, including commercial developments, large-scale industrial facilities and student accommodation. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, autonomy and strong client-facing skills to deliver projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Utilise technical expertise to develop design solutions and construction documentation.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and address feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
Drive to various project sites across Lancashire, as necessary, as they may be inaccessible via public transport.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project running and delivery.
Strong technical skills and proficiency in architectural software (experience with any software is acceptable).
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
