You’re a creative Senior Art Director who naturally thinks strategically and is prepared to challenge and be challenged.

Tag is looking for a creative Senior Art Director with a head for strategy and plenty of shopper marketing experience. Someone who’s prepared to challenge and be challenged.


What you’ll be doing


Working with a Senior Copywriter on concepts for digital and shopper tools for all Imperial products—combustible, non-combustible and heat technology tobacco. Developing shopper design frameworks that complement above the line creative and adhere to shopper principles.

You’ll also oversee, advise and mentor more junior members of the creative team.

What you’ll be doing… the detail

  • Working with a copywriter to produce conceptual, strategic ideas that work across a range of media—print, digital, moving image and branding.
  • Helping oversee the creative output of our design teams.
  • Learning about the client’s business, requirements and challenges.
  • Developing innovative solutions for presentations, digital media and short videos/animations.
  • Confidently explaining your thinking and presenting work to clients.
  • Developing compelling communications for B2B audiences.


You must have…


  • 10 years' experience in art direction
  • 7+ years' experience of ideation and rollout of concepts across different media
  • 7+ years’ experience in storyboarding for short videos
  • The ability to articulate and champion new ideas to management-level audiences
  • Knowledge of production quality-assurance practices
  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office PowerPoint
  • A clear understanding of print and digital production processes
